Physical Education is compulsory for all students. Those with less than 80% attendance in PE classes may not be considered for promotion.
Students will be assigned seats by the class teacher and are expected to occupy only their allotted places.
Students must be regular and punctual in attending school. Late arrival is viewed seriously. Repeated late-coming or absence may lead to disciplinary action, including removal from school rolls.
Parents are requested to send packed lunch with their children. Non-vegetarian food items are strictly not permitted.
Parents should make arrangements to pick up their children immediately after school hours. Students must bring sufficient drinking water and all required materials every day.
Students must attend school in neat, clean, full uniform with trimmed nails, well-combed hair, and polished shoes. Improper appearance will not be permitted.
Students must help maintain cleanliness of the campus. Scribbling on walls, littering, damaging furniture, or unhygienic behavior will be treated as serious offences.
Perfect silence must be maintained during morning assembly and public functions. Classes must assemble promptly in their designated places.
Students must greet teachers and elders respectfully and conduct themselves with discipline, obedience, and good manners.
Students should stand when a teacher enters or leaves the classroom and remain standing until instructed to sit. Classes begin and end with a brief silent prayer.
Class leaders, deputy leaders, Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains, and Secretaries form the Student Council, which assists school authorities in maintaining discipline and order.
Students moving between classrooms must walk in orderly lines, keeping to the left and maintaining silence.
No student may enter or leave a classroom during lessons without permission from the teacher.
Loitering within the school premises during working hours is strictly prohibited and will invite disciplinary action.
Students’ behavior during recess, before school, and after school hours will be monitored and corrected if necessary.
Any student found using unfair means during examinations is liable to be removed from the school rolls and issued a Transfer Certificate.
Periodic progress reports will be sent to parents/guardians regarding attendance, conduct, and academic performance.
Parents may meet teachers only through prior appointment arranged via the Principal/Headmistress.
Students are not permitted to bring money unless instructed in writing. No student or group is allowed to collect funds without official permission.
Students must obtain permission from the Principal before joining any external organization or activity not related to school.
Parents are advised not to send children for private tuition outside. Remedial classes are available within the school. School teachers are not permitted to conduct private tuition.
Mobile phones or electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in strict disciplinary action and confiscation of the device.
Applications for Transfer Certificates must be submitted in person by parents, signed by both parents, on or before 28th February. The certificate can be collected after seven days from submission.
